01 — Master bedroom
Before

Edits: Removed personal belongings. Neutralized warm color cast. Recovered window exposure. Lifted contrast and opened shadows.

02 — Front exterior — craftsman bungalow
Before
Green craftsman bungalow before editing — two trash cans on the walkway distract from the porch and front of the house.
After
Same bungalow after editing — trash cans removed, porch and address numbers read first.

Edits: Cleared foreground clutter from the walkway. Color and exposure preserved — the source was strong, this was primarily a tidy pass.

03 — Living room with fireplace + patio
Before

05 — Kitchen (white cabinets + hardwood)
Before
Galley kitchen before editing — warm-yellow ceiling cast, blown-out window frames, slightly orange floor tone.
After
Same kitchen after editing — true white ceiling and cabinets, window detail legible, wood floor grain clean.

Edits: Neutralized warm cast — ceiling and cabinets read true white. Recovered window exposure. Color-balanced the floor without losing warmth.

06 — Attic bedroom (vaulted ceiling + skylight)
Before
Attic bedroom before editing — cool grey walls reading slightly washed-out, skylight bright but flat, dormer window underexposed against the bright sky, beige carpet flat through the room.
After
Same attic bedroom after editing — walls warmed to a true neutral grey, skylight and dormer window balanced, carpet contrast restored, room reads habitable rather than empty.

Edits: Walls warmed off cool/washed-out to a true neutral grey. Skylight and dormer window exposures balanced. Carpet contrast lifted so the room reads inhabited, not staged-empty.

07 — Backyard
Before
Backyard before editing — wooden Adirondack chair in the foreground, hose across the grass, patchy lawn with harsh midday shadows.

Same backyard after editing — chair and hose removed, lawn uniformly green, softer sky, fences and neighboring buildings preserved.

Edits: Removed foreground furniture and yard tools. Slight recrop for even framing. Lifted lawn and foliage saturation. Pulled sky to a cleaner blue.

08 — Bathroom (brass + wood vanity + green tile)
Before
Bathroom before editing — toiletries and soap bottles cluttering the wood vanity counter, mirror reflection busy and distracting, white backsplash detail nearly washing out.
After
Same bathroom after editing — counter cleared of toiletries, mirror reflection calmed to a soft hint, white backsplash holding detail, brass fixtures and green tile floor preserved.

Edits: Cleared counter clutter (toiletries, soap bottles). Calmed the mirror reflection to a soft, non-distracting hint. Pulled back highlights so the backsplash detail held. Brightened overall with restraint — brass, wood vanity, and tile preserved as-is.

09 — Building exterior — blue MCM apartment
Before

After
Same building after editing — natural blue sky with cloud cover, foreground sign and hydrant removed, wider composition showing landscaping.

Edits: Lifted sky and saturation. Removed foreground signage and street furniture. Slight recrop so the property frames cleanly. Landscaping reads true.
